Description: Promedbio Pancreatic Enzymes is an alternative to animal source products. It is a plant source, fungal protease, amylase designed as a safer and effective alternative to animal pancreatin. The three principal enzymes are: Lipase (fat splitting), Amylase (starch liquefying), and Protease (protein solubilizing) which are obtained from the fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus niger. A suitable cereal diluent is added to adjust the enzyme activity to those specified.
